If you wish to return a product, it must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@vintool.com. After we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
